Manager in Training (MIT) and Clinic Lead in Training (CLT) Programs
One-on-one mentorship program for career advancement.
One of BAM’s primary goals is to invest in the future leaders of the company and the MIT and CLT programs offer avenues to strive to meet this goal.
These programs are designed to help office leaders succeed in their roles. The ideal participant is anyone who is either hired as a manager with a probationary period while they receive the necessary training through the program, or any tea member inducted into the program where to learn on the job. These programs help train and groom future leaders of the company and perhaps more importantly, sets them up for success in the next role.

The BAM Mentorship Program matches new company leaders with mentors in the company. The program gives new leaders a valuable opportunity to connect with and learn from our mentors in the company and allows them to share their expertise and advice with their peers.
The program creates opportunities for new leaders and providers to enhance their leadership skills and prepare them to become the next generation of leaders. It only takes one person to make a difference.
Mentoring provides an opportunity to affect the future; participants transmit a part of themselves to each person he or she mentors – ideals, ethics and professionalism. By helping a young leader succeed, mentors can rediscover their passion for leadership, learn new skills and gain the satisfaction of knowing that they have made a difference in someone’s life.
